Placing an Order/Contract of Sale

To place an order, simply add the item(s) you'd like to purchase to your basket, select checkout and follow the steps to place your order. Shortly after doing this, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to show the products you have ordered. Please note, this is not an order confirmation or acceptance of your order from BHN Garden Centre. We will always do our best to fulfil every order. However, there may be occasions where this is not possible due to internal errors, such as: stock discrepancies, description/image errors. If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will notify you and a full refund will be issued.

We are only able to accept click & collect orders on our website currently as we do not have the facilities to fulfil postal orders yet. After we have processed your successful order, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. We politely request that you wait for this notification before attempting to collect your order.

Price And Product Decriptions 

Every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the details we provide. However, we reserve the right to change prices or discontinue stock lines at any time. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20% where applicable.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item you have purchased from us online. If you need to return an item, we request that this is done within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Items returned must be in unused condition, in the original packaging with the original lables attached. A refund or exchange will be issued appropriately. If you wish to post a return back to us, please ensure your order details are clearly inside your parcel. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return. We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit so we reccommend you to get proof of posting and taking out the adequate insurance to cover the parcel should it lost by your chosen courier.

Returning a Faulty Item 

If you believe an item you have purchased from us is faulty within the warranty period, please give us a call on 01245 400360 so we can advise the most effective way to handle your claim.

Christmas Return Policy

Items purchased from our website as Christmas presents from the 1st November can be returned up to the 14th January as part of our extended Christmas returns policy. Items returned must be in unused condition, in the original packaging with the original lables attached. A refund or exchange will be issued appropriately.

Our online payment and ordering system is secure allowing you to order in confidence. All details provided are required in order for us to process your order. These deatils are kept strictly confidential & will only be used by us.
